Training, Talks & Consultancy
Proud 2 b Parents goes beyond traditional diversity training, offering a comprehensive package that addresses the unique challenges faced by LGBT+ parents and carers.
Proud 2 B Parents offers training to help organisations create inclusive, affirming environments for LGBT+ parents, carers, and their children. Developed from research and lived experiences, our sessions build confidence, understanding, and practical strategies for change, while ensuring all perspectives are acknowledged. The principles can also support inclusivity for other marginalised groups.
“The whole team thoroughly enjoyed the training and and learnt a lot. By the end we all realised that our practice was not up to date as we thought… The training has challenged us, and we will be far more mindful going forward!”
