 Join Matt Taylor-Roberts, Founder and CEO of Proud 2 b Parents, as he delves into the lived experiences of LGBT+ parents, sharing valuable insights from both personal and community perspectives. In this session, Matt will explore the unique challenges faced by LGBT+ families, and how organisations can better support and affirm LGBT+ employees with children. Drawing on his own experience as an LGBT+ parent and long-term foster carer, Matt will provide actionable strategies for creating a more inclusive, welcoming, and family-affirming workplace.
