Be/Here
Be/Here is a queer-led mental health service created to give LGBTQIA+ people a space to feel safe, understood and supported.
Be/Here offers therapy, free workshops and community events designed to help you build confidence, learn new skills and feel more connected to yourself and others. Everything they do is rooted in compassion and lived experience. Their aim is simple: to make mental health support accessible and affirming for our community.
Be/Here Therapy
Be Here’s therapy service is designed with the LGBTQIA+ community in mind. All of their therapists are part of the queer community and have additional training in gender, sexuality and relationship-affirming practice.
Sessions are person-centred and trauma-informed, offered on an affordability scale starting from £40.
They are there to support you with identity, relationships, stress, low mood, trauma, and anything else you want to explore at your own pace.
Who They Are
Be/Here was co-founded by Vanessa and Max to create mental health spaces shaped by lived experience and queer joy.
Their team is made up of LGBTQIA+ therapists and facilitators who care deeply about creating supportive, accessible spaces where you can show up exactly as you are.
Be/Here are here to walk alongside you — not tell you who to be.

LGBTQIA+ people deserve mental health support that feels safe, knowledgeable and genuinely affirming — not something you have to explain or justify. Be/Here was created so you have a place where your identity is understood, your experiences are respected and your wellbeing is held with care.
Here, you don’t have to perform.
You don’t have to hide.
You just get to be.
